What are the shipping charges? All location in Singapore except Jurong Island, Sentosa and Oversea Shipping
(a) Items below 10kg @ $10
(b) items above 10kg @ $15

Can I arrange ‘pick-up’ for my parcel?
Yes, you can. Upon checking out from your shopping cart; select “self-collection”. You will have to adhere to our office operation hours 9.30-6pm

What if I will not be home to receive the parcel?
Call hotline: 6358 1170 three days in advance to re-arrange delivery. Or email to [email protected] to rearrange shopping schedule.

Where does my package go if I not home?
Your package will be returned to us, you may call us @ 6358 1170 to arrange for self-pick-up at our office @ 18 Sin Ming Lane, #07-39 Midview City, Singapore 573960.

What if I am not home and your delivery man is there to deliver goods?
You will have to call hotline: 6358 1170 or email [email protected] to arrange for next delivery, an additional delivery charge will be imposed.

What happens if my parcel failed to turn up?

How long will the company keep my parcel?
Any unclaimed goods after 30days will be donated to a charity body of our choice.
